Increasing Ad Creation from Meta Business Inboxes
In this project I created both the strategy and design for increasing the purchase of ads and the number of messages businesses receive for three of Meta’s business inboxes: Instagram, Messenger, and MBS Unified Inbox.
Simplifying Mobile Navigation
This design project focused on creating a mobile navigational ecosystem that is consistent cross-property, with flexible grids that support a responsive web experience.
Quantifying Qualitative Data in Dashboards
From conception to launch, this dashboard was an independent concept I pitched to Autodesk leadership and implemented internally for employees to visualize qualitative data sets from multiple data sources.
Prototyping Virtual Agents
Research and testing for the first chatbot at Autodesk. Using machine learning, I trained an interactive chat prototype for testing different bot “personalities” and identifying best practices.
Redesigning Services Marketplace
A UX and visual redesign (with both light and dark mode) of a newly launched website, focused on improving engagement and connecting customers with the correct service providers.
